Friends, I am SO excited to share these photos with you! The Glass Factory is Jacksonville’s newest industrial wedding venue, now booking 2017 weddings! One of our friends (and a 2017 #BCPbride!) Amber began searching for her own wedding venue several months ago, and we came across the space on Instagram! Amber set up a venue walk through and invited me to go with her since neither of us had ever seen it. We both couldn’t believe our eyes when we walked in, and immediately started envisioning what the space could be.
One of the owners, Kara, jumped right on board with our ideas! Although there had been some small styled shoots hosted there before, there hadn’t been much that looked like a real wedding that would give potential couples an idea of what their wedding could look like. So the three of us decided to host a reveal party, inviting local wedding vendors so they could see the space for themselves and recommend it to couples that might be a good fit.
Since this was going to be a large scale party, we definitely needed some help! So we invited two event planning/styling companies, Loba Design Co. and Feathers and Foil, to jump on board! Ashlyn (Loba Design Co.) and Angie (Feathers and Foil) were a huge help in pulling off the event – there’s no way we could have done it without them!
This backdrop (which would be perfect for a ceremony) was made with LOTS of love by Loba Design Co., Feathers and Foil, and Rose of Sharon! It turned out perfectly!
Since the very beginning, Amber and I were envisioning greenery EVERYWHERE! I immediately thought of Lynette and Paul from Rose of Sharon European Florist. Michael and I have worked with the Rose of Sharon team on several occasions, so I knew they could put something AMAZING together! And they totally did! From greenery hanging from the ceiling, to a TON of beautiful centerpieces, to a beautiful bouquet, a unique escort card set up and more…their talent definitely made this shoot!
And of course Alleycakes NEVER disappoints!! This amazing dessert setup was as delicious as it was pretty! The display included beautifully marbled macaroons, salted caramel pretzel brownies, champagne cake pops, and stout and jameson cake pops! These ladies are seriously THE BEST!
A HUGE MASSIVE thank you to all of the amazing vendors that made this day beautiful!
